Who will I be working with to create my wedding invitations?
 Hi!  I am Amy, the owner of Inviting Moments and the designer who will (hopefully) create your perfect wedding invitations (or art print.)

A little bit about me.  I am from Northern Kentucky, just a few miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio.  I am married with three lovely (sometimes) children, two cats and a dog. I was lucky enough to have been enrolled in art classes since childhood, and later went on to study graphic design in college. 

I love everything that goes into planning weddings, unfortunately my husband won't agree to have one every year so please let me help you plan yours.  I offer very affordable wedding stationery and am happy to customize with regard to color and fonts to make your wedding invitations perfectly fit your vision.  I can create matching pieces, if you have something in mind please contact me, I would love to create something special for you.

What is the process for ordering my invitations?
It's easy!  The process is as follows:
You select the design you love and the amount needed from the drop down box.  In the personalization details box, please leave your customization requests.

For Wedding Stationery, please let me know your wording details. (Your names, date and time of wedding, location(s), etc.)  You may also let me know if you would like any color changes, or any other design requests.

For Gifts/Art Prints, please let me know your personalization details and any color changes.

I will then send a proof within 48 hours.  I will not print until your proofs are perfect, and I have your approval.  If you need any changes to your proof, I would be happy to accommodate you.

What is your turnaround time?
Printing and delivery time take approximately 5 to 10 BUSINESS days once you have approved and paid for your final design. (Meaning not weekends or holidays and starting the day after you place your order.) 

I strive to be very easy to work with and quick to make your needed changes and adjustments so you can have your invitations in hand as soon as possible. I know how stressful planning a wedding can be and I hope to make the process of ordering your invitations as easy on you as possible.

That being said sometimes orders take a bit longer if you live out of the country, due to customs or due to extenuating circumstances.  I do my best to ensure you get your order in a timely manner.
 
How much postage will a standard set of invitations take to mail?
A standard set of invitations (invitation and rsvp card) takes one regular stamp.
 
What colors are available? 
You have the choice of any colors you wish, there are no limitations. Just let me know what colors you are after and where on the invitations you would like the changes.

How do I determine the number of invitations to order?
  • Send one invitation per couple.
  • If the couple has children under the age of 18, include them in the invitation (if you would prefer an adult-only event, do not include the names of children on the invitation).
  • Send separate invitations to people over the age of 18, even if they are living with their parents.
  • Send invitations to single friends and note on the envelope whether they may bring a guest.
  • Include 10-20 extra invitations with your original order to cover last-minute guest list additions or addressing mistakes. It's much more cost-efficient to order 20 extras initially than to place a new order for 20 invitations. Extra invitations can become keepsakes for your memory album and for your parents and grandparents.
 
Are envelopes included and if so what are they like?
All of my products except postcards include smooth, bright white, 70-lb. weight envelopes. My invites fit in A9 or 6x9 booklet size envelopes and the RSVP cards, magnets and save the dates fit in A2 envelopes.  I do not offer inner envelopes, but in case you want to purchase envelopes on your own:
